Student Materials Pick Up -- Starts May 11th
Dear ADV Families,
As of today, there are four weeks of school. The last day of school is May 29, and it is a half day. In preparation of closing out the school year, the ADV staff is preparing items students may have in their classrooms or lockers for pick up. Pick up will begin on Monday, May 11 and will follow the schedule below. We plan on delivering older siblings’ belongings at the time you pick up younger sibling belongings to avoid families making multiple trips.
To help us facilitate this drive-thru pick up, please do the following:
- Arrive at your scheduled time, as we will only have student materials for that grade level prepared.
- Please place your carline placard in your rearview mirror.
- Stay in your car. We will bring the items to your car.
We appreciate your patience. We will try to make this process as smooth as possible, but please understand if we experience any delays.
Finally, any students who have checked out technology for remote learning will hold onto it until the last day of school. We will contact families about dropping technology off the afternoon of May 29.
As always, thank you for your support and kindness.
Best regards,
Mrs. Morgan
