Technology Program

Key Components of the Technology Program: 

• Digital Literacy: Students learn essential digital literacy skills, including how to navigate digital devices, use software applications, and access online resources responsibly and ethically. 
• Computer Science: Our curriculum introduces students to the fundamentals of computer science, including coding, programming languages, and computational thinking. Through interactive projects and coding activities, students develop problem-solving skills and logical reasoning. 
• Information Technology: Students explore the principles of information technology, learning about networks, cybersecurity, data management, and digital communication. They gain practical skills in troubleshooting, system maintenance, and cybersecurity best practices. 
• Media Literacy: Our program emphasizes media literacy, teaching students how to critically evaluate and analyze media content, recognize bias and misinformation, and become responsible digital citizens. 
• Project-Based Learning: Students engage in project-based learning experiences that encourage creativity, collaboration, and innovation. They work on authentic projects that require them to apply their technological skills to solve complex problems and address real-world challenges. 

Through our Technology Program, we aim to equip students with the digital literacy, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills necessary to succeed in an increasingly digital and interconnected world. By fostering a culture of innovation and inquiry, we empower students to become lifelong learners and responsible contributors to society.
