Each March, Academie Da Vinci transforms our halls into a gallery celebrating the visual arts work of every K–8 student. The Annual Student Art Show is one of the highlights of our school year — and it’s free and open to the entire Dunedin, FL community.
What to expect
Every student at Academie Da Vinci contributes at least one piece to the show. Mediums range from drawing and painting to sculpture, printmaking, mixed media, and digital art. Work is curated by grade level so families can easily find their child’s piece. Visual arts faculty are on hand to discuss the techniques and themes each grade explored over the year.
Why families love the Art Show
The Art Show is a window into one of the things that makes Academie Da Vinci distinctive — visual arts education is a core part of our K-8 curriculum, not an after-school extra. Prospective families are welcome to attend; it’s a great way to see the student work that’s possible when art is woven into the school day.
